1 - 9 Items: $25 Erand Fee
10+ Items: $50 Erand Fee
Ideal for smaller shipments, parcels, and individual consignments.
Optimized pricing for larger shipments, bulk orders, and palletized goods.
All fees are subject to standard terms and conditions. Final quotation may vary based on destination, weight, and dimensions.

Regulations & Service Terms
At Asabea's Logistics, our operations are bound by a strict framework of professional regulations and standard trading conditions designed to ensure transparency, reliability, and mutual protection for our clients and our company. These terms govern two critical areas: financial transactions (payment) and service execution (deliveries).
Our payment terms are structured to be clear, fair, and consistent with international trade practices.
Invoicing and Due Dates: Invoices are issued upon shipment dispatch or as per the agreed contract term. Standard payment terms are 1-3 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise specified in a prior written agreement.
Clear Pricing Structure: All fees, including freight charges, customs duties, taxes, and any applicable surcharges, will be clearly itemized on your quotation and invoice, with no hidden costs.
Regulatory Compliance: We adhere to all national and international financial regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-financing of terrorism (CFT) laws. This requires all client information and payment sources to be verified and legitimate.
Consequences of Late Payment: As per our terms and conditions, accounts not settled within the agreed period may be subject to late payment fees, as permitted by law, and could result in a temporary suspension of services until the account is brought current.
Working Days: For the purpose of estimating delivery timelines, a "Working Day" is defined as Monday through Friday, excluding nationally recognized public holidays in Ghana and the country of origin. Deliveries are processed or executed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA): Any provided ETA is an estimate based on carrier schedules, historical transit times, and customs clearance procedures. While we strive for utmost accuracy, ETAs are not guaranteed and can be affected by factors beyond our control (Force Majeure).
Factors Beyond Our Control (Force Majeure): Per standard trading conditions, we cannot be held liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to:Weather events, natural disasters, or pandemics, Government actions, customs delays, or port congestion, Labour strikes, civil unrest, or war and Acts of terrorism or major accidents.
Duty of Care: Despite these exclusions, our regulated duty of care mandates that we take all reasonable and practicable steps to minimize the impact of any delays and to keep you informed of your shipment's status.
